Located in: Delfim Moreira, Minas Gerais - Brasil - South America
(300 Km from Rio de Janeiro and 250 Km from São Paulo)
Located at the high of Mantiqueira Mountain in the south of the state of Minas Gerais, this was a rural monastery for over 50 years, pertaining to the religious order of the Benedictines. Now the place is run by a lovely family who turned it into a Guest House, providing the guests with original experiences of nature contact, therapeutic & spiritual activities such as Yoga and Meditation.
We also found it to be an excellent and most suitable location to run our 200 hours, intensive, full-imersion Yoga Teacher Training Course in Brazil.
The silence and fresh air of the mountain tops are known to have curative and life lengthening effects in those who have the privilege to enjoy its environment for sometime.
So come and join us for this amazing and life changing experience besides having the oportunity to be certified as a Yoga Teacher.

Other Activities
– During the weekends students will have opportunity to enjoy the hill tops of exuberant greenery and beauty of the mantiqueira mountains. Enjoy a short hiking on your own and go to bathe at the nearby waterfall. Expeditions to the nearby peaks can also be organised for the more adventurous.
